Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 lb baby spinach

2 pints strawberries - washed, stems removed and sliced

1/2 c mayo

1/4 c milk

1/4 c sugar

2 T white vinegar

1 T poppy seeds

1 chopped red onion (optional)

Mix spinach and strawberries and place in serving bowl.  Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing.
